Pulau Sapi Trip

First ever trip to Pulau Sapi with colleague!
Bucket list √√
Finally of all these years I've manage to go have fun at Pulau Sapi.
We went to Pulau on Malaysia Day! Holiday btw.

Friendliest colleague ever!
We arrived at the Jesselton Terminal around 7.30am
We bought ticket and waited until 8.30am for the boat to start.
A LOT of tourist I mean A LOT, went to Pulau as well.

I'm sitting in front of the speed boat and I'm all soaked up when I arrived at Pulau Sapi.
The boat was so fast the water practically splashing all over me and my colleague.
We've been laughing from the ferry terminal until we arrived Pulau.
Everyone in the boat was laughing at us cause we sound so pathetic. LOL
But we just couldn't stop laughing at the water splashing us all the way to Pulau AHAHA
It was a gloomy morning at first but it was so freaking hot later on.

We make friends with the life guard LOL not me my colleague actually
Cause all our clothes we're soaked up from the speed boat ride.
We dried up our clothes on the old wakeboard
and eventually we stay under the life guard house and ended up chatting.
So he help us take some of the photo and surprisingly it was good!

We'd snorkeling both side of the beach. We saw lots of fish!
It was AWESOME and I drank a lot of salt water. hahaha

Mussel!!

Oyster!!! I no dare to dig it out.

Shell crayfish???

After all the swimming and stuff we went to the other side for a walk,
where only few couples went for sunbathing, not allowed to swim since its out of the border.
That's where we discover loads of mussels and oyster laying on the rocks.

Totally had fun drinking sea water, learned how to snorkeling, saw loads of fish,
kept on freaking out thinking that I stepped on a stingray actually its stone -.-
I don't dare to go deeper to the sea to see sea coral.
Have to be cautious especially in the sea.
I had fun anyway!

Till then,
Cheers and God Bless

No Bake Lemon Cheesecake

Imma show you all how to make no bake lemon cheese cake!
ORIGINAL Ingredient List :                                     My DIY Ingredient :
Plain biscuit for base 200g                                       Plain biscuit 1 whole paket(400g)
Butter 100g                                                             Butter 100g
Cream Cheese 500g                                                Cream Cheese 750g
1 whole Lemon                                                       1 1/2 lemon
Condense milk 400g                                               Condense Milk 100g
1 1/4 cup of sugar                                                   NO SUGAR

Step 1 : Crush the biscuit
Step 2 : Melt 100g of butter at leave it cool down a bit

Step 3 : Pour in the melted butter to the crushed biscuit and mix it evenly

Step 4 : Pat evenly butter biscuit in the baking tray, then put it into the fridge
Note : Put any clean plastic wrappers underneath the cardboard cake, so you can use the plastic to take out the cake, especially to those who is using the old version of baking tray lol

Step 5 : Grate the lemon skin and squeeze one whole lemon into a bowl

The suffering start lol

Step 6 : Put the cream cheese into a bowl, add all the ingredient (lemon, milk) and stir the cream cheese
Step 7 : Pour the cheese onto the biscuit bake and let it cool over night or 6 hours

Note : Cause we're stirring the cream cheese manually so its kinda take lotsa time
Never stir any hard liquid manually! Lesson learn LOL

TAADAAA WE MADE A SUCCESSFUL NO BAKE LEMON CHEESECAKE

Now I am going to tell you the result!

1. The biscuit base - We actually added the crushed biscuit accordingly but some how the left over biscuit looks so sad so we ended up crushing 1 WHOLE Packet AND we totally forgot to add another 50g of butter since 200g biscuit is for 100g butter LOL Hence the extra biscuit base is on top of the cake lol. So when we eat the cheesecake the biscuit base slowly falls off on its shape. #FAIL

2. The lemon cheese - Okay this one is the hard part. LOL While we were stirring the cream cheese we constantly tried out the taste when we added the ingredient. At first we added one whole lemon but ended up adding extra 1/2 lemon juice. It was really good and we didn't add so much condense milk as it will taste too sweet. It was just at the right taste. The next day, we tried out in whole, the lemon cheese was kinda sour. My daddy no like cause a bit sour. T.T hahahaha but the cheese taste better. Still #FAIL

3. Ingredient - Please don't follow my ingredient, follow the original one. Except for sugar & condense milk you can adjust based on your preference lah later sweet die you. If you want to try out my recipe feel free too! BUT at your own risk! HAHA My DIY ingredient totally #FAIL

Hope ya'll will try it out! ☺

Fruit Monster

Finaaaaalllyyyy a food post again. I have nothing to blog lately so I might as well just blog about food again. This has been a long waited food post. Cause I've been eagerly to tried out fruit monster located at Lintas. Finally I tried out. Their menu was really normal and those typical restaurant that offers on the menu.

Carrie ordered stir fried chicken with vege for Rm10.90
I like the cabbage the most! It was juicy and crunchy!

I ordered Baked cheese lamb spaghetti for Rm13+

I don't prefer this cause the Lamb was marinated with baking soda before, so the taste is bland.
The spaghetti sauce is sour. Overall I don't really like it, not as good as told.
But their specialties is on dessert. Hadn't had the time to try out their dessert yet!
Cause we're making No Bake Cheese Cake at night! Going to blog about it soon!
Stay tuned!☺
